All persons concerned with testing activities of the Lab would familiarize themselves with documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work. The policy of the lab also includes providing prompt services and maintaining absolute confidentiality and Impartiality to meet the requirement of clause no. 4.1 and 4.2 of ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017 standard.

The lab is committed to consistently meet the requirements of National/International standards continually improve the effectiveness of management system and the management system requirements complying with ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017 standard.
